By accessing or using xAutoPost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of xAutoPost.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use xAutoPost. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this service.
xAutoPost provides a managed AI social media automation service. We configure, operate, and maintain an AI-powered posting system that publishes content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf. You retain ownership of all content posted to your accounts.
You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate account credentials and business information; (b) ensuring your social media accounts comply with the terms of service of those platforms; (c) reviewing content posted to your accounts and notifying us of any issues; (d) maintaining the security of your portal login credentials.
You may not use xAutoPost to: post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content; spam, harass, or mislead other users; violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform; infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
A one-time setup fee is due before service configuration begins. Monthly fees are due on the billing date specified in your client account. Failure to pay within 7 days of the billing date may result in suspension of posting. Fees are non-refundable after the setup process has begun.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting infiniappsofficial@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
We aim to maintain continuous posting operations. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, platform API changes, or third-party outages may temporarily affect service. We will communicate known interruptions through your client portal.
You retain full ownership of all content published to your social media accounts. By using xAutoPost, you grant us a limited license to generate, schedule, and publish content on your behalf solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
The xAutoPost platform, software, and systems are proprietary to InfiniApps. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without express written permission.
xAutoPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from social media posting, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of xAutoPost. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfiniApps and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.
xAutoPost is accessible worldwide. By using this service from outside the United States, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to your use of the service.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. By using xAutoPost, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
