xAutoPost is a managed AI social media automation service operated by InfiniApps, located in New York, New York, United States. Contact: infiniappsofficial@gmail.com.
We collect information you provide when becoming a client, including: your name, email address, business name, website URL, and social media platform credentials (handles, access tokens, app passwords). We also collect usage data such as post counts, platform statuses, and scheduler logs for operational purposes.
We use your information solely to configure, operate, and maintain your AI social media posting system. This includes generating content, scheduling posts, and publishing to your connected platforms on your behalf. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your platform credentials (API tokens, app passwords) are stored securely and used exclusively to post on your behalf. We use the minimum permissions required for posting. We do not access your private messages, follower data, or any data beyond what is needed to publish content.
Your data is stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Platform credentials are stored with encryption at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for app hosting, and Resend for email delivery). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law including: the right to access your personal data, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to withdraw consent. xAutoPost is accessible worldwide. If you are located outside the United States, including within the European Union or European Economic Area, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the United States. We comply with applicable international data protection regulations to the extent required.
If you are located in the EU or EEA, our legal basis for processing your data is contractual necessity (to deliver the service you purchased) and legitimate interest (to operate and improve the service). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The xAutoPost public website does not use tracking cookies. The client portal uses a secure HTTP-only session cookie solely to maintain your authenticated session. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon termination of service, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your written request.
xAutoPost is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
